Kelly Smith

Kelly has a passion for “Making Business Better” through Strategy and Talent Development.

Her belief is that success begins with Strategy and ends with talented people delivering it. Kelly is excited to be working with businesses and individuals to ensure they have a strategy but more importantly that they have the tools, capability and talent to implement it successfully.

Having spent over 20 years in FMCG and many years around an executive table, Kelly made the brave decision to leave her role as Sales Director and set up Bizadvisor – that was over 10 years ago.  Every day Kelly gets to focus on strategy and talent development through workshops and consulting.

Kelly has also built a strong governance career which also allows her to share her skills and experience in other sectors and teams.
