Emma has worked as a visual designer, UX designer and researcher for 15+ years in New Zealand, Australia and The UK. She has been contracted in organisations within agency, local government, media, tech, research, entertainment, finance and retail..Through this, she has gained a broad experience of people, ways of working and technical skills.

Emma helps to streamline the Abley development process to create relevant and engaging solutions which not only meet business requirements, but also the needs of the people who will be using the product

Emma is passionate about using the design thinking process and believes that by first gathering business requirements and engaging with users, she will be able to fully understand the problem that needs to be solved, which will in turn drive the solution. She enjoys the process of translating thoughtful, targeted research into enjoyable and effective software solutions.
