Pink Ribbon breakfast at Abley

On Tuesday 28th July, Abley “came together for good” to host a Pink Ribbon breakfast for around 40 clients and ladies from Women in Urbanism, to help raise funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.

Following a delicious breakfast provided by Abley, attendees enjoyed presentations by Jeanette Ward (Abley) and Emily Cambridge (BECA), who shared their experiences “through a female lens” of working in project teams, which led to a group discussion around how to promote diverse project teams.

The event raised just over $600 for breast cancer research, education and patient support and was a great opportunity to bring ladies together from a range of industries to share our stories and support for each other.
