If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.

Transmission of viruses

Entering into contracts

No employee or agent is authorised to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Abley Limited with another party by email without written confirmation by an authorised person. Abley Limited default conditions of contract are in the ACE NZ Short Form Agreement for Consultant Engagement. The default conditions of contract may be superseded with subsequent conditions of contract agreed by the appropriately authorised persons. If no other specific contract conditions are agreed, the default conditions shall be the agreed contract conditions and both parties agree to be bound by those contract conditions. If this email contains deliverables such as reports drawings or any other advice Abley’s Output Terms and Conditions apply.

Negligent misstatement

Abley Limited accepts no liability for the content of this email, or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided, unless that information is subsequently confirmed in writing.
