She works with the shared services team to go beyond compliance to continuous business improvement and in so doing become true business partners – in the same way that we work with our clients to help you be a step ahead in terms of solutions. Systems and sustainability.
Charlotte studied for her LLB (Hons) degree in Law and French at Cardiff University including a year obtaining a Diploma in French Legal Studies from Jules Verne Universite de Picardie in France.
Working across a range of procurement, commercial and legal roles in utilities, technology and multinational organisations in the UK and Australia developed breadth of commercial experience.
In 2010 Charlotte moved to New Zealand and joined a large multinational technology and services business delivering commercial and legal guidance on a large variety of client projects globally across public safety, utilities and transportation. Moving into a leadership role responsible for corporate risk, QHSE and HR expanded her knowledge base and in 2019 she took the opportunity to broaden her leadership portfolio by joining Abley. As GM Shared Services, Charlotte leads the finance, HR, IT and business process functions and brings her specific commercial and contracting expertise to the team.
Charlotte loves working in diverse and smart teams on business issues and enjoys the challenge of turning strategy into reality.
Outside of work she makes the most of time with family being active and in the outdoors.
